Refund Policy
At Ishkaa Studios, our workshops are thoughtfully planned, limited-seat creative experiences. Each booking reserves a dedicated spot and involves advance preparation. For this reason, our refund policy is simple and transparent.
Workshop Bookings
- Once a workshop booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable.
- This policy applies to all workshops, locations, and sessions unless clearly stated otherwise on the booking page.
Why Refunds Are Not Offered
- Seats are limited and reserved specifically for each participant
- Venues and facilitators are arranged in advance
- Late cancellations prevent others from joining the experience
This helps us maintain a focused, fair, and well-organized environment for everyone.
When a Refund or Alternative May Be Provided
A refund or alternative option may be offered only if:
- A workshop is cancelled by Ishkaa Studios, or
- A workshop is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date
In such cases, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- Credit toward a future Ishkaa Studios workshop
The available option will be clearly communicated.
No-Show Policy
- If a participant does not attend a workshop without prior notice, it is considered a no-show
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits
Transfer of Bookings
- Workshop bookings are generally non-transferable
- Transfer requests must be made before the workshop date and are subject to approval
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method
- Processing times depend on the payment gateway and the participant’s bank
Ishkaa Studios is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
